On March 25, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Honduras issued a statement officially severing "diplomatic relations" with Taiwan. The statement said that there is only one China in the world, the People's Republic of China is the sole legitimate government representing China, and Taiwan is an inalienable part of China's territory. As of today, Honduras severed "diplomatic relations" with Taiwan and ceased all contacts and official contacts with Taiwan.

Nauru

The smallest republic in the world.

Nauru is located in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, about 41 kilometers from the equator in the north, 4160 kilometers from Hawaii in the east, 4000 kilometers from Sydney in the southwest and 306 kilometers from Kiribati in the east. It is an oval-shaped coral island with a length of 6 km and a width of 4 km, with a coastline of about 30 km and a total area of 24 km². Palau

Palau is located in the western Pacific Ocean, more than 700 miles south of Guam, part of the Caroline Islands, one of the Pacific Ocean's gateways to Southeast Asia. The land area is 459 square kilometers, and the area of the marine exclusive economic zone is about 629,000 square kilometers. Tuvalu

Tuvalu, formerly known as the Ellis Islands, also known as the Lagoon Islands, is located in the southern Central Pacific, west of the International Date Line. It consists of 9 groups of atoll-shaped coral islands with a coastline of 15 miles. No rivers. The land area is 26 square kilometers.

Income comes mainly from the Tuvalu Trust Fund, remittances, the sale of fishing licences and Internet telecommunications protocols. Tuvalu is resource-poor, with poor land, poor agriculture and virtually no industry. It is listed as one of the least developed countries by the United Nations.

Marshall Islands

The Marshall Islands are located in the Micronesia region of the Central Pacific Ocean. It consists of 29 atolls and five islets with a total of 1,225 reefs. The islands and reefs to the southeast are collectively known as the Sunrise Islands, and the northwest is collectively known as the Sunset Islands, separated by about 208 kilometers. The coastline is 370.4 km long. The population of the country is 54,300 (2017), mostly of the Micronesian race. Belize

Belize is located in northeastern Central America. It borders Mexico to the north, Guatemala to the west and south, and the Caribbean Sea to the east. The coastline is 386 km long. 417,000 (2020). Mestizos and Creoles make up 48.7% and 24.9% of the total population, respectively, followed by Indians, Indians, Chinese and whites. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, consisting of the main island, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, is a volcanic island nation located in the Windward Islands of the Eastern Caribbean Sea, about 160 kilometers west of Barbados. It is about 40 km north from the island of St. Lucia. The main island is about 29 kilometers long and 18 kilometers wide at its widest point, and the national area is about 389 square kilometers, of which St. Vincent's area is about 344 square kilometers. Agriculture is the foundation of the economy, with a small amount of agro-processing and small-scale manufacturing. Offshore finance and tourism play an important role.

It established diplomatic relations with Taiwan in 1981 and inaugurated the country's sixth overseas "embassy" in Taipei in August 2019 by Prime Minister Gong Safu.

Guatemala

Guatemala is located in the northern region of Central America, bordered by Mexico to the west and north, Belize to the northeast, Honduras and El Salvador to the southeast, the Gulf of Honduras in the Caribbean Sea to the east, and the Pacific Ocean to the south. Haiti

Haiti is an island nation in the West Indies, located in the western half of Hispaniola (i.e. the island of Haiti) in the northern Latin American Caribbean. Paraguay

Paraguay is a landlocked country in central South America. It borders Bolivia to the north, Brazil to the east, and Argentina to the west and south. The land area is 406,800 square kilometers. Saint Lucia

Located in the central Windward Islands of the Eastern Caribbean, bordered by Martinique to the north and Saint Vincent to the southwest, Saint Lucia is part of the Lesser Antilles. Saint Lucia is a volcanic island with a land area of 616 square kilometers. Saint Kitts and Nevis

Saint Kitts and Nevis is located in the northern part of the Leeward Islands in the Eastern Caribbean Sea and consists of the islands of Saint Kitts, Nevis and Sambreiro. It has an area of 267 square kilometers, of which 174 square kilometers are St. Kitts and 93 square kilometers are Nevis. As of 2016, St. Kitts and Nevis has a population of about 52,000, of which 94% are black, with a small number of British, Portuguese and Lebanese origins. Saint Kitts and Nevis is a country with an upper median per capita income. Tourism is the main pillar industry of the national economy and the main source of foreign exchange earnings. Eswatini

Eswatini is a small landlocked country in southeast Africa, surrounded by South Africa on the north, west and south, and Mozambique in the east. The total land area is 17,363 square kilometers. Eswatini population of 1.15 million (2019, UN data). Of these, 90 per cent are Swazi, 6 per cent Zulu and Tunga, 2 per cent are white, and the rest are of mixed European and African descent. Eswatini ranks among the highest in African countries in terms of GDP per capita and is classified by the World Bank as a lower-middle-income country. Vatican City
