Delhi Sultanate of India

Most Indian historians believe that during the period from 1206 AD to 1526 AD, India was mainly under the control of the Delhi Sultanate. In fact, seven sultanates emerged during this period, in addition to the Delhi Sultanate. Between 1208 and 1526 AD, there were five dynasties in the Delhi Sultanate, namely the Slave Dynasty, the Karki Dynasty, the Tuglok Dynasty, the Said Dynasty, and the Rodi Dynasty, during which 34 sultans sat on the throne of Delhi for more than 300 years. The transformation of dynasties without exception was accompanied by violence, bloodshed and turmoil. The Delhi Sultanate of India (1206 A.D. – 1526 AD), which coexisted for 320 years, was ruled by Turkic and Afghan military aristocrats in the Islamic region of North India in the 13th and 16th centuries AD. In 1526 AD, the Delhi Sultanate was replaced by the Mour dynasty. The ruling class of the Delhi Sultanate is composed of Islamic military feudal aristocrats from Central Asia, as well as Turks and Afghans, who have forty major families as the core and occupy a large amount of military mining land, relying on foreign mercenaries in Central Asia, adopting hostility, discrimination, persecution and other high-pressure ruling policies against the Hindu feudal lords and the vast number of residents from all walks of life, imposing poll taxes and forcibly converting to Islam, which stimulates the national and religious feelings of all strata of Hinduism. The Delhi Sultanate was founded in such a way that in the seventh century AD, Islam began to spread rapidly in West Asia and North Africa, India was outside the scope of Muslim conquest, but Arab merchants still entered northern India in large numbers, and the Indian state of Sindh was conquered by Arab armies as a trading ground in the eighth century, but three centuries later it was the newly converted Turkic people who converted to Islam. Bengal was conquered by the Turks in 1202 AD, and the Delhi Sultanate was established in 1206 AD. The political system and ruling policy of the Delhi Sultanate is based on the theocratic system of Islamic countries, which rule according to the Shari'a, which is both the head of state and the supreme imam of Islam, combining monarchical and theocratic power
