Lemon Babalua|A must-have for summer, a small dessert that melts in your mouth
This is an absolutely acclaimed dessert in the summer, with a fresh lemon aroma in the mouth and a creamy aroma enough to add to my list of small desserts at the stall!
Material:
10g lemon peel, 300g milk, 7g gelatin, 4 egg yolks, 45g sugar, 150g light cream.
Steps:
(1). The lemon skin is scrubbed clean with salt and scraped out the surface lemon peel.
(2). Put lemon peel and milk into a pot, heat over low heat until slightly bubbling, turn off the heat and simmer for a few minutes, and remove the lemon peel crumbs.
(3). Stir the egg yolk and caster sugar evenly, pour in lemon milk, stir while pouring, pour back into the pot, stir constantly to avoid turning into egg flowers, heat over low heat until slightly bubbling off the heat, add soft gelatin slices and stir until melted.
(4). Add caster sugar to light cream, beat until yogurt-like, add custard liquid, stir well, and filter once.
(5). Pour into a cup and refrigerate for 4 hours.
(6). Put on the lemon slices cut and decorate.
