The following cases show foreign dignitaries who have been indicted by international criminal tribunals in the past.

Case 1: On April 11, 2019, a military coup d'état in Sudan led to President Bashir being arrested, dismissed from all duties, and transferred to prison on April 17.

Case 2: On February 2, 2019, at the request of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Belgium will admit former President Laurent Gbagbo of Côte d'Ivoire, who was detained for seven years on charges of crimes against humanity and was released on 1 February.

Case 3: On October 8, 2014, Kenyatta attended a hearing on his charges in The Hague, Netherlands, in his personal capacity, becoming the first sitting president in the world to appear before the International Criminal Court. The Criminal Court (ICC) has indicted Kenyatta on charges against humanity for its involvement in the 2007-2008 Kenyan crisis, which killed more than 1,000 people and displaced hundreds of thousands. The charges were later dropped for lack of evidence.

Case four, Gaddafi does not need to say more, just one sentence ended up being killed by the domestic opposition.

It is not difficult to see from the above cases that the arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court is not "not very harmful and extremely humiliating", as some people ridicule, but in fact, it is not only symbolic but also of practical significance.
