Open the following address on the computer
Select the hosts file to open with the right mouse button
Select Open with Notepad and then OK

Click File and then Save

Do not move the file name
Save as type Select All files

Select No and then close the hosts file, select Do not save
Right-click the hosts file and select Properties
Select Security Options under Click the Edit button
In the editing interface, first select the username of your computer login
Then put a check box on the Full Control and Modified Allow options under Permissions

Right-click again to open the hosts file
Enter the contents from the steps above by clicking File and Save successfully
Run cmd
Enter the command shown in the image and then press Enter
This is used to refresh DNS
After entering, the screen is as follows
Then open the Microsoft browser and enter Bing.com
