The next day (15th), Sho Iguchi (40 years old), the Shinjuku Department of the Security Division of the Metropolitan Police Department arrested Sho Iguchi (40 years old), the representative director (chairman and general manager) of SOD, a large AV production company that operates a store, on suspicion of violating the Wind Camp Act (operating without a license). According to Japanese law, female employees in nightclubs, snack bars, and social rooms who entertain guests are required to operate as a "social food and beverage restaurant", which is not approved by the Tokyo Metropolitan Public Security Commission.

The store sells "being able to drink with AV actresses", and most of them are SOD actresses around the age of 20, and the number of registered people has reached more than 600.
The store is divided into 5 floors, except for the 1st floor, which is a general reception, and the theme of each floor is different (including the negative first floor), such as "can drink with famous actresses", "can drink with newcomer actresses", "girls' bar", etc. The entrance fee is 3,000 yen for 1 hour and 2,500 yen for 1 hour for overtime.
In addition, there are various fees on the menu, ranging from 200~5000 yen, and although the prices are different, they are all sold as actresses without exception, and it is clear that the main purpose of business is reception.

From October 2020 to the present, business hours are 6 pm ~ 11 pm on weekdays, and 3 pm ~ 11 pm on weekends. There are about 15 actresses working here, and sales are about 700,000 yen a day, and sales are more than 600 million yen (about 31.2 million yuan).
In December last year, the Shinjuku Department of the Security Division learned the fact that "SOD LAND" was operating without a license. After that, although the store was closed for rectification, it was investigated internally because the store was not satisfied.

While investigating the store, the Security Division searched SOD's headquarters (Nakano-ku, Tokyo). In the future, we will also conduct an investigation of its legal entities.
