Diego Garcia Island is a nail in the Indian Ocean of the United States and a reliable military fortress. B52 strategic bombers that flew from here carried out air raid bombing missions during the Gulf War and the Afghan War. In addition to the military port, a full-fledged military airfield (3,650 meters long) has been built on the island, and very large strategic bombers such as the B-52 can take off and land smoothly, as well as a modern arsenal and communications center. It is the only U.S. naval and air base in the Indian Ocean. American B52 strategic bombers are deployed here.
