Honduran President Xiomara Castro tweeted on March 15 that she had instructed Honduran Foreign Minister Eduardo Reina to seek formal diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China.

At present, 181 countries have established diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China (of which two countries are quasi-sovereign states, namely Niue and the Cook Islands).

There are currently 15 countries that have not established diplomatic relations with China, and the list is as follows:

Asia: Bhutan;

Europe: Vatican;

Africa: Eswatini;

Oceania: Tuvalu, Marshall Islands, Palau, Nauru;

North America: Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Haiti, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines;

South America: Paraguay;

Among them, the above countries except Bhutan maintain so-called "diplomatic relations" with Taiwan.

These who have not established diplomatic relations are all so-called "diehards", and they are basically so-called countries with big boogers. One more is not more, and one less is no less.

It is okay to establish diplomatic relations, but not to provide assistance.
