👩🏻 🍳HomeMade | 🌱 Wormwood red beans, bowls, beans, bagels
March-April is a great time to stock up on wormwood
Make wormwood into a variety of dishes
And I knead spring wormwood into the dough to make cute peas and bagels 🥯
.
✎Ingredient:
High gluten flour 300g|treated wormwood 50g|water 180g (increase or decrease according to dough absorption)|yeast 3g|salt 3g|sugar 10g|red bean paste
.
☞ Method:
❶ Put the processed wormwood leaves into the wall breaker, add clean water to make juice (no need to filter);
❷ Add all ingredients except red bean paste to the bread machine and knead until the dough is smooth and fine without particles;
❸ Divide the kneaded dough into 7 parts, about 69g each, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for half an hour;
❹ Press the dough slightly and divide into 4 points (3 small and large);
❺ Roll out 3 smaller doughs and wrap each with 5g of red bean paste, and roll out the remaining piece of dough as pods;
❻ Put 3 peas in the pod, wrap and pinch tightly;
❼ Put it in the oven to ferment at 34 degrees for half an hour, and you can put a bowl of hot water in the oven to maintain humidity;
❽ Bake at 180 degrees for 23 minutes after preheating in the oven (because you don't want to color the dough, you don't need to boil sugar water).

Originally, after pinching the shape, I still felt that everything was under control
Unexpectedly, when it was fermented, it was a little overturned
The peas can't wait to burst one by one
