Arriving at Quesiuno (4,326 meters above sea level) in the town of Pitumarca, the starting point of the hike, perhaps because of the morning sun, perhaps the revival 💤 of three hours of shaking, perhaps the fresh and cold air that refreshes most people, it is time to start the long trek with your guide for the beauty. The first 15 minutes of the hike is a warm-up, the guide will arrange a break, and some travelers are already sweating on their foreheads. The next 45 minutes will be smooth and easy, and if you feel like it's hard to complete the hike or just don't want to walk, there are horses for rent along the way.

After one hour of hiking, the body has adapted to the pace of hiking, and the body and mind begin to enjoy the journey, the stone wall extends along the rocky terrain at different angles, and flocks of furry alpacas run around, full of strong colors, rare and bizarre compositions.

As the trip continues, most travelers will actually feel the discomfort and activity limitations of altitude sickness, and can try one of the indigenous Peruvian remedies recommended by the guide to treat altitude sickness - with some herbal leaves, and the guide will also carry a portable oxygen tank.
