Purple root vegetables
These root vegetables were dug into the box from the vegetable field before the head froze last year, and they were raised in the corridor for a winter, because the temperature of the corridor is not high, so they have not grown much, just a life!
Spring came, the temperature rose again, and these plants quickly woke up and grew desperately, just like one a day! It's just that the ventilation in the corridor is not good, and aphids grow on the vegetables, so in order not to infect other seedlings, I quickly moved them to the roof outside.
This morning, all the leaves are chopped (just enough to eat a meal), let them stand in the sun and rain again, and grow lightly and freely!
Cold root vegetables, full of anthocyanins!
Genda vegetables, well maintained, can be eaten all year round!
