In early December, Guo Caijie set off from the spring city of Kunming and traveled all the way north to Shenyang in the cold winter. As the guest of honor on Zhang Qiang's world tour in Shenyang, Guo Caijie and her band NCR Nomad City have been waiting for a long time. The last time she appeared in Shenyang was a theater roadshow many years ago, so when Zhang Qiang asked Guo Caijie to choose the city she wanted to play, Shenyang naturally beat other cities to gain the upper hand and became the place she wanted to go the most. "I want to visit Shenyang again and appear in a completely different identity and full of playfulness!"

Music is undoubtedly the most committed to Guo Caijie at the moment. Last year, she and her band mates also embarked on a tour of NCR's nomadic cities. Because of the pandemic, they only traveled to five cities. Performing a new piece of music is undoubtedly a mixed process of passion and unfamiliarity, and it wasn't until last summer that NCR finally swam outdoors. This outdoor performance still touches Guo Caijie unforgettably, and the smell of grass in the air seems to reappear yesterday. They performed in a distant mountain, and the weather was good, not as cold as the rehearsal the night before, and the grass was greener after a long day. The details of the performance restored by Guo Caijie are more like a fairy tale dream of alien objects. "We acted for an hour and felt like time was flying. During this time, insects fell from my head to visit, and there was a big moon behind me, which served as a set. "Vol.13-1986 Counting Sheep" is the first complete work created by Guo Caijie as an independent musician. "Sheep" is the amniotic fluid that gives birth to new life, and in this album, Guo Caijie continues to deconstruct and reorganize until she reinvents a new self. She wants to convey a kind of fun that belongs to her through this new album and complete a self-introduction that is different from the past. "The music of counting sheep is like prose poetry, composed of words and selected timbre, as if I were looking in the mirror, there is an image. At the same time, like riddles, people who hear need to exchange time with me in order to achieve communication in music. Those who know her well may be surprised by her change, but it's not so untraceable.

From singer to actor to now independent musician, Guo Caijie has invented her own positioning. When experimenting with these different identities, her core motivation is to get together with people who appreciate and like to create. After participating in film and television screenwriting, Yingze watched a large number of movies and gradually had the desire to create his own story. This desire did not arise suddenly, and the spark of inspiration had been buried deep in her heart for many years. At that time, she was still in New York, going to a Chinese family's New Year's party, and she found that there were foreigners, Chinese, people who had lived here for a long time, and people who had just arrived, and there were many information gaps between them, and although they were lively, they could never really communicate with each other. Undercurrents are surging, a state of aphasia. Yingze was deeply touched by the scene at that time, and she was deeply fascinated by the contradictions between Eastern and Western cultures and the identity of immigrants. Such a single space, but with such a huge story. Yingze also thought of her, who left her hometown to study abroad when she was young, and was often trapped in a similar aphasic space. The blend of personal emotions and social perspectives led her to create her first full-length screenplay.

Visitors from all over the world, including French Minister of Culture Roselyne Bachelot, Belgian royal prince de Chimay and his wife, stop by these dreamlike jewelry pieces. At the same time, she finally had an exotic reunion with her long-lost work "Suspended Ginkgo". Earlier last year, the world-famous ginkgo was added to the permanent collection of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, the Louvre system, making Fengji the youngest jewelry artist to achieve this achievement.

Fengji is no stranger to such awards. In the six years since the establishment of the brand FENG J, she has set the highest auction price of Chinese mainland jewelry designer in the world, and is also the only Chinese jewelry designer selected for the important global women's jewelry exhibition of Fuyis... Born in a family of calligraphy and painting, Fengji, who picked up the brush when he was ignorant, did not take the road of painting that was natural in the eyes of others. She liked the sound of objects, so she chose to major in furniture design at university. Compared with the public's understanding of furniture as "a practical tool of life", she believes that furniture can be an object with the attributes of installation art. For example, the chessboard light she designed, "In my thoughts, it expresses not only a chessboard, but more like a living object, each chess piece when pressed its meter grid will glow, silently interacting with the chess player, showing the trajectory of the next chess, let people guess with a scope, I think this interaction is particularly interesting." With this love of "using the expressive elements of space, form and material to present living objects that surprise people", she continued to work in furniture and industrial styling, and almost started a career in supercar design, and even stepped into fashion crafts during graduate school.

The previous different dabbling experiences also gave Fengji's jewelry creation a rich sense of diversity. For example, her most well-known concept - "painting with gemstones", which means that by combining gemstones of different forms and colors, with the blessing of double-sided rose cutting technology, she presents an impressionistic and poetic and natural creation in the interlacing of light and shadow, which undoubtedly benefits from the artistic edification of childhood; The reason why small jewelry pieces can convey a sound aura and energy between square inches is related to the sense of volume she handled in large furniture installations during her school life; There is also the brand's signature process "floating inlay", which is born out of the experience gained when Fengji studied leather goods making as a graduate student.
