The owner of a restaurant in Bikou Town told Jimu News that the suspension bridge has not yet been officially put into use, but there are individual adults or children passing through the bridge. At noon on the 24th, the rope on the side of the suspension bridge was broken, and the bridge deck overturned. A woman was walking on the bridge, and two men came up to the bridge to save the woman.

A staff member of the Bikou Town Government told jimu news reporters that at about 12 noon on the 24th, the suspension bridge under construction overturned, and both ends of the suspension bridge have been closed. There were no casualties in the accident, and the cause is under investigation.
