In 2017, H. Moser & Cie. launched the Swiss Mad Watch with a case made of Swiss cheese, defiing the overly loose "Swiss made" standard, unveiling the most Swiss watch ever made, 100% Swiss made – produced in Switzerland by Swiss watchmakers using materials of Swiss origin. The 42 mm case is made from real Swiss cheese and blended with innovative composites before being processed and polished. The dial features H. Moser & Cie. 's signature red fumé smoky dial, with double markers shaped like a Swiss flag and equipped with a Swiss cowhide strap. As an orphan watch, all proceeds will be used to create a fund to support independent Swiss watchmaking suppliers. For these reasons, the "SWISSMADE" label is no longer used on H.
