Nematevir tablets/ritonavir tablets, azvudine tablets, and monoravir capsules are all drugs that have been approved by the state to treat new coronavirus infection, and the following 5 problems must be known when taking these three drugs:

1. Suitable for people:

Nirmatevir/ritonavir: mild to moderate COVID infection in adults with factors at risk for severe disease. High-risk factors include: 1. Over 65 years old, especially those who have not been fully vaccinated against the new coronavirus; 2. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (including hypertension), chronic lung diseases, diabetes, chronic liver, kidney diseases, tumors and other underlying diseases, as well as maintenance dialysis patients; 3. Immunodeficiency (such as AIDS patients, long-term use of glucocorticoids or other immunosuppressive drugs leading to immunodeficiency); 4. Obesity (body mass index ≥ 30); 5. Late pregnancy and perinatal women; 6. Heavy smokers.

Azvudine tablets: adult new crown infected people.

Monoravir capsules: mild to moderate new crown infection in adults with factors at risk for severe disease (high risk is the same as nematevir tablets/ritonavir tablets).

Nematevir tablets/ritonavir tablets: Take the drug as soon as possible within 5 days after the diagnosis of the new crown and the onset of symptoms, the sooner the better.

Azvudine tablets: use as soon as possible.

Monoravir capsules: take the drug as soon as possible within 5 days after the diagnosis of the new crown and the onset of symptoms, the sooner the better.

III. Dosage and Medication:

Nirmatevir tablets/ritonavir tablets: nematevir 300mg (2 pink) ritonavir 100mg (1 white), 3 tablets taken at the same time, once every 12 hours, swallow whole, do not chew or break, do not need to take on an empty stomach. Start taking the drug within 5 days of the onset of symptoms and take it continuously for 5 days.

Azvudine tablets: 5 mg (5 tablets/1 mg) once daily, swallowed whole

Do not chew or break open, need to take on an empty stomach. Without a specific starting time, the total duration of treatment cannot exceed 14 days.

Monoravir capsules: 800mg (2 capsules/400mg or 4 capsules/200mg) twice a day, swallow whole with water, do not open or crush

Or chew and take, whether or not on an empty stomach. Prescribed within 5 days of symptom onset

Start taking the drug for 5 consecutive days.

4. What should I do if I forget to take my medicine?

Nematevir tablets/ritonavir tablets: missed for 8 hours ≤, can be supplemented as soon as possible; If you miss the > 8 hours, you cannot make up the dose, and you can take the next drug directly according to the prescribed time.

Azvudine tablets: missed ≤ 12 hours, can be supplemented as soon as possible; If you miss a dose > 12 hours, you cannot make up the dose.

Monoravir capsules: missed ≤ 10 hours, can be supplemented as soon as possible; If you miss the > 10 hours, you cannot make up the dose, and you can take the next drug directly according to the prescribed time.

5. What are the common adverse reactions:

Nematevir/ritonavir tablets: common: diarrhea, taste regression; Occasionally: indigestion, gastroesophageal reflux, vomiting, headache, muscle pain, abnormal liver function, etc.

Azvudine tablets: common: dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting, abnormal liver function, diarrhea; Occasionally: increased blood sugar, increased platelet juice count, etc.

Monoravir capsules: common: diarrhea, nausea, dizziness; Occasionally: vomiting, headache, rash, urticaria.

6. What drugs should not be taken together?

Nematevir/ritonavir: not with simvastatin, lovastatin, rivaroxaban, ticagrelol, ranozizine, amiodarone, benzprodil, flecainide, propafenone, quinidine, colchicine, fursidic acid, voriconazole, terfenadine, aspirin, carbamazepine, phenobarbital, cisapride (cisapr), diazepam, sultranzepam, fluazepam, triazolam.

Azvudine tablets: anti-digoxin, dabigatran etexil, colchicine, cyclosporine, itraconazole, voriconazole, posaconazole and other azoles

Fungal drugs, ritonavir, dronedarone, amiodarone, verapamil, clarithromycin, grapefruit juice, rifampicin, St. John's wort extract
