The Oriental White Stork is a large wading bird, known as the "Bird China Treasure", and is a national first-class protected animal. The long and stout mouth is very hard and black, the feathers are black and white, and the legs and feet are very long and bright red. It often wades in swamps, wetlands and ponds to feed, mainly feeding on small fish, frogs, insects, etc. They generally winter in wetland lakes in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in autumn and winter.
