A mild growing season made 2019 an extraordinary New Year. The wines combine long-tail charm, complexity, freshness and purity. Benefiting from the coolness of March, the wines are able to mature slowly for a long time and are harvested under perfect conditions. Delicate and elegant are the hallmarks of Chawinkle's 2019 vintage.
While the 2019 vintage is generally considered a warm season in Chile and the Maipo Valley, the combined calorie season at Chawike wineries is 6% higher than the historical average.
However, Gao Wei is mainly concentrated in the spring. In addition, after the grape harvest, the temperature in April also broke records.
