Tranquil and far-reaching jacaranda
Blue Jacaranda, scientific name Jacaranda mimosifolia, is a plant in the family Bignonia, also known as blue cherry blossom, native to South America and now widely cultivated around the world. Jacaranda trees can grow to 5 to 15 meters tall. It blooms from spring to early summer and blooms over two months. The flowers are tubular, about 2 cm in diameter and about 5 cm long.
