On April 30, 2022, a bird's nest about to overturn was found on a high-voltage electric tower in Dongxiantuo Town, Ninghe District, Tianjin.
After the rescue of Tianjin Ninghe District Forestry Bureau, the Oriental White Stork, a national first-class protected animal that had just broken its shell, was found in the nest. After consultation between the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources and the wildlife rescue department, the three oriental white storks were fed and rescued by Ma Qingshan, a bird loving volunteer in Ninghe District.
Relevant departments and volunteers set up nests and training bases to train the three oriental white storks to survive independently in the wild. Under the careful care of volunteers, the little ones grow up day by day and are ready to fly alone.
In the early winter of 2022, the flock of eastern white stork migratory birds migrating south reached the Qilihai wetland. After acclimatizing to the spot for a while, the three oriental white storks spread their wings and flew into the blue sky and returned to the embrace of nature.
