The specific provisions are as follows:
Chinese citizens who hold a valid ordinary passport of the People's Republic of China (valid for more than 6 months) and wish to enter Peru for a short period of time for tourism or business purposes are exempt from visa if they meet one of the following conditions:
1. Have a Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia visa valid for more than 6 months
2. Have Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia long-term residency
Chinese passports that meet the above conditions can enter Peru visa-free for stays of up to 180 days at a time, or a cumulative stay of no more than 180 days in a 6-month period.
If you do not have the above visa-free qualifications, you can also apply for a tourist visa to Peru in the traditional way, and the materials that need to be prepared Peruvian Jun have been sorted out for you.
The list of materials is as follows:
1) Passport (valid for at least 6 months, at least two blank pages of visa) and copies of all passport pages;

Visa application form (please fill in letters, two 2-inch color headless ID photos on a white background);

Business visa
It is applicable to persons who have signed or been authorized to enter into commercial contracts and engage in commercial trade.

The Consular Section of the Embassy is not authorized to directly approve the above-mentioned types of settlement visas, which require a return visa from the Directorate of Migration and Naturalization of the Ministry of the Interior of Peru. In addition to the basic materials, the following must be provided:
- Original visa approval issued by the Directorate of Migration and Naturalization of the Ministry of the Interior of Peru.
- Immigrant investor must provide a copy of the documents for which the visa was applied for at the Peruvian Immigration Service.
- The original contract signed by both parties (legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru) is required for the work visa; Original letter of dispatch from domestic units; Proof of relevant financial means.
- The student visa requires the original letter of acceptance from the school of admission or registration, certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru.
- Visitor visa, notarized and certified kinship certificate. A copy of your account (original at the interview) is required
- For all of the above visas of a settled nature, the applicant must also attach copies of all the same documents submitted to the Directorate of Migration and Naturalization of the Ministry of the Interior of Peru.
- Citizens over the age of 18 must provide a notarized and certified criminal record.
- Minors need to provide a consent form from their parents or guardians to study abroad, which must be notarized and certified.
- Any other documents deemed necessary by the consular officer, original documents at the interview.
