On the evening of November 20, the "Chinese Literature Festival - Lu Xun Literature Award Night" was held at the Central Opera House in Beijing, and 35 winners or representatives of the 8th Lu Xun Literature Award attended the award ceremony. Famous writers Wang Meng, Liu Zhenyun, Ge Fei, Ah Lai, Mo Yan, Tie Ning, etc., took the stage to present awards to the winning writers.

With the 8th Lu Xun Literature Award Ceremony as the main content, the "Chinese Literature Festival Lu Xun Literature Award Night" carries out seven rounds of awards such as reportage, poetry, prose essays, literary translation, literary theory criticism, short stories, novellas, etc., and it is also the first time that the literary award ceremony is combined with stage performance forms such as work recitation, singing and dancing, dance drama, chorus, etc., and creatively forms the form of song team chorus to form a link in the award process, presenting literary elegance.

It is worth mentioning that Dong Xia Qingqing, who won the 8th Lu Xun Literature Award Short Story Award for "In Awuschi", spoke on behalf of the winners. She said that although the length of short stories is not long, each stroke can provide insight into green waters and mountains. Between heaven and earth are heroic people, lovely children, and great times that call us to write with affection and force.
A short film carefully recorded by border guards to thank Dong Xia Qingqing for writing stories for them was also shown at the scene. Awuschi means that in the place where small yellow flowers bloom on the plateau, the soldiers said that Dong Xia Qingqing is "the little yellow flower in the heart of the border fighters", and Dong Xia Qingqing solemnly saluted the soldiers with tears, causing tears in the audience.
