The Thunder Alexander scored 37 points, Josh Giddy had a triple-double, and the Oklahoma City Thunder shot a season-high 62.5 percent from the field in Sunday's 145-135 win over the New York Knicks.

Giddy had 24 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds for the Thunder, who scored their fifth straight win at Madison Square Garden. Giedy joined Wilt Chamberlain (1968), becoming the only player in NBA history to record a triple-double in MSG's first two games

Lugunz Dort also had 24 minutes in Oklahoma City Jeremiah Robinson-Earle added 17 points

"We shot right; We made the right pass," Thunder coach Mark Daignnot said. "No one is pounding it. We just move it and let the ball find the right person. The guys are ready to attack. It's a great way to attack.

The Knicks' six-man duo led by Cam Reddish who scored a season-high 26 points, Randle had 25 and Emanuel Quickley had 24

The Knicks' second-leading scorer, Barrett, got into foul trouble and scored a season-low four points on 2-of-10 shooting in 19 minutes. He didn't play for the last 21 minutes.

The Thunder scored more than the season average (113.4 points) in the third quarter, scoring 122 points. Gilgius Alexander scored 21 points in the third quarter as the Thunder turned a three-pointer into a rout with a 17-2 score.

The two teams set a fiery rhythm from the start, with New York scoring 48 points in the first quarter, a single-quarter season high. New York, which leads as many as 13 people, shot 64.5 percent from the field in the first quarter, shot 4 of 7 from three-point range and 12 assists on 20 shots.

Oklahoma City scored a new season high with 43 points in the second quarter before replicating in the third quarter. The Thunder shot 74 percent from the field in the second quarter, turning a 12-point gap into a six-point lead at halftime. The Thunder led the Knicks by 18 points in the second quarter, scoring a season-high 79 points in the first half and finishing the game 24-12.

In the Thunder's last game on the road, Giddy won 127-123 in overtime on Feb. 14, with 28 points, 12 assists and 11 rebounds.
