Three suspects broke into a local high-end boutique store to loot, including a 17-year-old boy who snatched a designer bag worth $18,000, but when he escaped, he hit a transparent floor-to-ceiling window and fell to the ground, was semi-conscious when he was caught, and was taken to the hospital for examination.
