U.S. stocks continued to rise, and Chinese concept stocks generally rose
Fed Daly said to slow down the pace of interest rate hikes, on November 10, U.S. stocks soared, the Nasdaq composite index jumped high, and the volume soared all the way up 7.35%. The Dow Jones Industrial Index jumped higher and higher, soaring 3.7% in volume and extending to 4.05% on a weekly basis. The S&P 500 jumped higher, rising 4.6%, and the short-selling force was nowhere to be seen.
In terms of individual stocks, technology stocks, bank stocks, energy stocks led the gains, Nvidia rose 14%, Amazon rose 12%, Meta Platforms rose 10%, Microsoft, Netflix, Apple rose 8%, Google, Tesla rose 7%, Flower Bank, Morgan Stanley, U.S. Steel rose 6%, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Royal Gold, Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase rose 4%, Occidental Oil, Marathon Oil, Devon Energy rose 3%.
Chinese concept stocks rallied well, with the Nasdaq China Golden Dragon Index jumping 7%. Kingsoft Cloud rose 18%, Xunlei rose 16%, Dada, Bilibili, Daily Youxian rose 15%, iQiyi rose 14%, NIO rose 11%, Ctrip rose 10%, Boss Zhipin, Manbang, TSMC rose 9%, JD.com, Baidu, Pinduoduo rose 8%, Li Auto, Alibaba rose 7%, Vipshop, Weibo rose 6%, Tencent Music, Xpeng Motors, NetEase rose 5%, Sohu rose 2%.
