It is reported that the latest versions of WeChat iOS and Android have supported this feature, and after the user selects "Keep Chat History" and exits the group chat, the WeChat homepage will still retain the group chat entry.
Click Enter to view and find your chat history, but you can't send messages, and the input box becomes a "Can't send messages in a group chat that you quit" warning.
However, WeChat PC still can't keep chat history when you exit Group Chat, and the button still shows "Delete and Exit".
