This case is a warm family of four, in order for the children to get better educational resources and like the green environment of the community to buy this set of second-hand houses, the original style and layout of the house can not meet the needs of the owner, they found us for renovation design. Therefore, the design is based on the needs of children, hoping that the home can become a space for children to run and play freely.
| After communicating with the designer, the owner of the house imagined the future of the home: 1. There are two children in the family, and I hope that the home is full of life atmosphere, suitable for children to grow up and record the space of life. 2. The space can have more interoperability, everyone can be busy with their own things in different spaces, but they can see each other, especially there must be an area for two children to play together, and the space of the children is connected, which is convenient for the emotional communication of brothers and sisters. 3. The family has a large population and many items, so I hope that there will be as much storage space as possible at home. Homeowners like to visit the antique furniture market, like the retro American sense of heaviness and the traditional Chinese sense of history. After fully understanding the needs and habits of homeowners, we define the space as a mix of classical American and Chinese in the creation of space, pay attention to the independence and connection of functional areas, so that children can "unlimited discharge" at home. Looking at the dining room from the perspective of the kitchen, decorative paintings, green plants as an embellishment of the space, the hostess under the background of the light, showing the texture of the film. Chinese-style retro furniture makes the space more historically heavy, touching these warm and textured wooden utensils, listening quietly, they will tell the story of time.
Living room
The curved shape of the window door cover, placed an antique chair, with a small side table, form a pleasant corner. In their free time, listen to your child play a guitar song, beat an African drum, or take a nap alone and feel the quiet of the years.
The daughter dances in the living room, like the ballet girl in the painting on the fireplace, revealing a classical and elegant temperament.
Black leather sofas, marble fireplaces, old wooden dining chairs woven from rattan, furniture that has been baptized by time, and filters with time reveal a pure and natural American charm.
Through the glass window is the boy's room, and the bookcases on the entire wall are filled with various Lego models. The design of the glass window can extend the visual distance of the living room.
Promenade
The long corridor painted with artistic paint on the top of the wall, the light and shadow pouring down from the end of the corridor, spilling on the fishbone floor, leaving a mottled feeling of light and shadow intertwined, as if you are in a historic church.
Children's room
The 4-meter-long high and low bed in the children's room is made by the carpenter on the spot, and the girls who come to visit the door love to climb up to the upper floor and squeeze together to use this as a secret base, a wonderful world of weaving belonging to the little princesses.
A low arched doorway was created on the wall of the daughter's room and the boys' room, which allowed the brothers and sisters to visit the door tirelessly, and their rooms were both independent and did not lack interactivity, increasing the communication between brothers and sisters. Friends who come to play at home also like to run in and out here, "unlimited discharge".
Master bedroom
The top surface of the carved line, the wallpaper with plant elements, the chandelier in the shape of olive leaves, the solid wood bed with American Roman columns create a romantic and quiet sleeping space, and the master bedroom is transformed into a large suite, which meets the needs of having a cloakroom.

Dark green strips of handmade bricks, dirty orange bathroom paint walls and four-legged freestanding bathtub, all show the American retro and sophisticated.
