This year's No. 12 typhoon "Meihua" strengthened from tropical storm level to strong tropical storm level in the early morning of the 9th, its 05 hour center is located in the south-southeast of Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture, Japan, about 960 kilometers to the ocean, the maximum wind near the center is 10 (25 m / s), the minimum pressure at the center is 985 hPa, and the radius of the seventh wind circle is 120-380 km.
It is expected that the "plum blossoms" will move northwest at a speed of about 15 kilometers per hour, gradually increasing in intensity (the strongest can reach the strong typhoon level, 45-50 m/s, 14-15 magnitude), and approaching the Ryukyu Islands (see Figure 1).

In the next three days, there will be moderate to heavy rain, localized heavy rain or heavy rain in the Indian Peninsula, the Ganges Plain, the Indochina Peninsula, Southeast Asia, West Siberia, Central Siberia, the Far East, Northern Central Asia, Western Europe, Central Europe, Alaska, Northern Canada and the Hudson Bay Coastal Plain, the central and southeastern coastal areas of the United States, Mexico, northwestern South America, West Africa, northern Central Africa, and northern East Africa, and other places, with localized heavy rain or heavy rain, and some of the above areas are accompanied by strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds.

From 08:00 on September 10 to 08:00 on September 11, there was moderate rain in parts of southern Sichuan, northwest guizhou, north-central Yunnan, and western Guangxi, of which there was heavy rain (25-40 mm) in parts of central Yunnan and other places. There are 4-5 winds in parts of central and eastern Inner Mongolia (see Figure 3).

From 08:00 on September 11 to 08:00 on September 12, there was light to moderate rain in parts of northeastern Inner Mongolia, northwestern Heilongjiang, western and northern Xinjiang, most of Tibet, Yunnan, western Guangxi, and northern Taiwan Island, of which heavy rain (25 to 45 mm) was felt in parts of central Yunnan and northern Taiwan Island. There are 4-6 winds in parts of central Inner Mongolia (see Figure 4).
