During the busy season of farming, the cooperative also let some tenants work in the orchard to do weeding, fertilization, pruning and other work, and many people received two incomes from land rent and labor wages. Our village grows Tunisian soft seed pomegranate, the average market price is currently 8 yuan per kilogram, relying on Shidian mass supermarket, turf street, e-commerce platform for sales, so far this year has generated a profit of 20,000 yuan. In the past year, orchard more than 50 acres of soft seed pomegranate began to hang fruit, relying on the advantages of natural selenium-rich soil, pomegranate contains a large number of amino acids and trace elements, coupled with good taste and good quality, attracting more and more consumers, the market response is in short supply. In order to improve pomegranate production and produce higher efficiency, the cooperative has continuously summarized experience and improved technology on the basis of last year, and has repeatedly consulted experienced growers and planting experts to solve the difficulties and problems in the planting process. At present, the base pomegranate has entered the mature stage, and the output is expected to reach more than 80 tons, and the output value will reach more than 400,000 yuan.
"This year, our village adopts the method of weeding in the middle of the cultivation, rational fertilization, and regular pruning of trees for planting management.
