Speaking of the history of The Fan, in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties, the Fan family settled here, named FanJia Village, and because of the river canals here, the waterside thatch is abundant, people weave the clothes with thatch, also known as "Fan Yi Fan". People in the village said that many people did not know how to write and how to go, and slowly called it Fanjia Village.
Later, people gradually forgot the original name of the place, but it became famous as a "provincial poor village".
The village of Ziyifan has been invaded by the water of the Yellow River many times, resulting in a large area of saline land. In order to clarify the water of the Yellow River, two-thirds of the land in The village of Yifan became a sinking sand pond, and the cultivated land plummeted. Coupled with the impregnation of the Yellow River, the grain harvest is very small, the villagers can only rely on rice and fishing for a living, the industrial structure is single, the infrastructure is weak, and the way to increase income is limited. How hard were the days before? Si Fanghan recalled that there was a dirt road in and out of the village, a body of soil on a sunny day, and a foot of mud on a rainy day. The old house of the family, the humidity was unbearable. Since the village was relocated in the 1990s, the beautiful Daluhu Reservoir has stagnated. By 2011, the per capita annual income of the villagers was only about 2,000 yuan, and the village's collective economic income was almost zero.

In 2011, Lao Liu returned to his hometown and became the secretary of the village branch of this "provincial poor village". Originally, like the young people in the village, because there was no way out, he chose to leave the village of Ziyifan. He worked as a lineman at the Post and Telecommunications Bureau, as a captain in line engineering, as a fast food restaurant in the county, and as a medical device company. However, he always wanted to go back to his hometown.
After Old Liu returned to the village, he did a big thing - changed its name, and Fanjia Village changed back to Fan Village.
In those days, Old Liu went around the wetland every day. Old Liu was not willing to let the village guard such a good resource but there was no way out, so he wanted to lead the people to explore a new road - rural tourism.
Speaking of the source of the development of rural tourism, Lao Liu frankly said that this came from an unconvincing inspection, "Once I went out to visit and study, I saw that in people's villages, there were so many people who came to play and eat on Saturdays and weekends, and on the ecological environment, it was far worse than the village of Yifan, and at that time I wondered if we could also engage in rural tourism?" ”
After returning from the inspection, Lao Liu looked around for ways, policies, and support, and also looked for experts to conduct evaluation and demonstration, which further strengthened the confidence and determination of rural tourism in Yifan Village.
However, Lao Liu's concept of "rural tourism" is very vague, and nearby villages have not developed rural tourism. Faced with the current situation of less than one acre of land per family, Lao Liu thought of land circulation, and the land was uniformly planted and managed by the farm, thus liberating the labor force in the village. Later, the village of Ziyifan built roads, carried out infrastructure construction, and did green management.
But what is "rural tourism"? Who comes here to travel? What's so good about rural tourism? The people were questioning.
Tourists to Swan Lake Hot Spring International Slow City are in an endless stream every day, but everyone looks at the scenery and leaves. Lao Liu said, "What are we going to do in such an environment?" The thing we could do on our doorstep, it was the farm stay. ”
Xu Yanbing opened a farm
Xu Yanbing's sister is the first batch of villagers in the village to "go into the water" to make a farm, and seeing that her sister "ate" the dividends, he also riveted enough to open a farm and let everyone taste the authentic food of the farmhouse. The Yellow River carp made by Xu Yanbing can be described as a must. Stir-fry over high heat, pour the soup and serve a plate of yellow river carp with a seductive aroma. When Xu Yanbing's farm was at its most popular, there were 100 people coming to eat a day, and they could earn thousands of yuan a day.
Gradually, people who went to the slow city to play were looking for a taste to eat at the farm in Yifan Village. The farms in Yifan Village are in full swing, with more than 50 at the most. The honors of "the most beautiful village in the country", "China's rural tourism model village" and "Shandong Province characteristic tourism village" have become the business card of Yifan. At that time, everyone thought that this was probably "rural tourism".

When the rural tourism in Yifan Village opened up, Lao Liu also ushered in new opportunities in life.
At the end of 2016, Gaoqing County, Zibo City, selected members of the town leadership team from among the town career staff, outstanding village party branch secretaries, and college student village officials, and Lao Liu's written test and interview results ranked second, standing out from more than 60 people.
Lao Liu was admitted to the town civil servants, and after organizing inspections and meeting the conditions for his appointment, on New Year's Day 2017, he was appointed deputy mayor of Changjia Town, in charge of the agricultural field. In 2019, he served as a member of the Party Committee of Changjia Town.
On June 18, 2020, Lao Liu ushered in a major turning point in his life - he voluntarily stepped down from his position as deputy mayor of Gaoqing Changjia Town in Zibo and returned to Yifan Village to become a farmer.
Such an experience is legendary. Lao Liu said, "Farmers are the background of his life, and I am rooted in the countryside in my heart, but I still can't let go of the feelings of doing rural tourism." ”
Si Fanghua opened a homestay at home
Within three years of his departure from the village, the village began to develop homestays. Si Fanghua, 64 years old this year, has transformed his home into a characteristic homestay since 2017. Before that, he had farmed and worked, and his income was not high. At the age of 59, he re-started his business, invested 300,000 yuan to run the hotel, and now "sits" in two courtyards, including 4 standard rooms and 2 suites. He said: "This is all a blessing brought to us by rural tourism. ”
Most of the homestays in the village are run by husband and wife, who can have an income of more than 100,000 yuan a year and live a prosperous life. Tourists who come here can not only eat good food, but also stay.
Old Liu wanted to take the coat fan with him
In order to better promote the development of rural tourism in Yifan Village, Lao Liu has made new moves. Old Liu "self-appointed" a new post, a professional farmer and "owner" of Daluhu Farm, and he wanted to take this Yellow River water town with him.
"Everyone sees that the road of rural tourism is good, many places are also engaged, the problem of homogenization is also emerging, in the past three years, the development of Yifan has entered the fast lane, but in my opinion, not much change is the biggest problem, officials start a business, do not advance or retreat." Talking about the future development, Lao Liu's tone is firm.
Old Liu can't stay idle, always want to "toss" rural tourism out of a look. This year, he added new projects to raise Yellow River carp in the ponds of the two parties, contract land to operate vegetable gardens, and build a research and study tour base.
Dream of the Yellow River
Lao Liu's dream about rural tourism is no longer a dream. The wetland style and slow life characteristics make Yifan Village a leader in rural tourism.
Lao Liu had a new goal, to become a professional farmer, so he asked someone to write the words "professional farmer" on all the straw hats in the farm. Among Liu Shuhai's many identities, he likes "farmer Old Liu" the most. He said: "I think the farmer Lao Liu, will always be unchanged, the most real, but also my favorite." Through going out to study, Lao Liu also has a new understanding of professional farmers. In the past, professional farmers referred to the professionalization of farmers. Now, professional farmers sell their products as brokers. "To become a high-quality farmer, we must create more personal value on the basis of driving farmers to do a good job, let the land develop more green ecological products, and create more land value."

Si Guoying, director of the village committee of the secretary of the party branch of The Yifan, introduced that at the beginning of 2020, the party branch of the village of Ziyifan established the Gaoqingyi Fishing Township Rural Tourism Professional Cooperative, and mobilized the villagers to invest in various forms such as funds and assets. Regarding rural tourism, Lao Liu gave birth to a new concept. "Now rural tourism has entered a new era of development. Not only is it to eat, live, travel, and buy entertainment, but now eat well, live comfortably, and play to play out of the mood. Doing tourism itself is to be new, to be curious, to make something out of nothing, to be constantly updated and improved. ”
Culture is the bottom line, ecology is the background color. The village of Yifan is only one kilometer away from the Yellow River, and Lao Liu has a special affection for the Yellow River. Lao Liu always wants to publicize the living habits, working methods, and traditional culture here, publicize the village of Ziyifan, do a good job in rural tourism, and let everyone see how the water of the Yellow River raises this generation.
