It was under this guidance that Zhao Guangzhi and others wasted some thoughts and finally entered the tomb. However, the next scene made all the people at the scene feel cold in their backs. Opening the lid of the coffin, there lay a human figure with a head, arms, feet, and a quilt.
But when everyone cleaned up the contents of the coffin, the next scene was cold and sweaty, and in this coffin, there was only one real head, the cheekbones were high, the mouth was pouting, and the bones were still wrapped with a layer of skin. But the body is actually made of cotton!
Could it be that Li Lianying died of death? Otherwise, how can you end up in a different place? Although the heart suddenly jumped, but at that time, people were under the support of the revolutionary spirit, aroused the courage of the fearless, the funeral items were sorted out, more than 50 items are antiques, and one of the green wrench, became the collector's mouth "king of the wrench", but also brought out a bigger mystery.
This jade wrench is estimated at 200 million, which can be called the best of the best, and although Li Lianying once held a high position of authority, since she was in a different place, why could she let this wrench become a funerary product?
Let's start with the origin of this wrench.
Li Lianying was a red person around Empress Dowager Cixi, and even the name Li Lianying was also given by Cixi. Born from a poor family in Dacheng County, Suncheon Province, he was sent to the palace by his parents as a eunuch, and Li Lianying was called the bottom of the bottom.
But Li Lianying also has magic. That is, he came from the bottom with eyesight, craftsmanship, and a little luck.

According to legend, Cixi liked grates, but since the old eunuch who brushed her hair left the palace, none of them could understand it. After Li Lianying entered the palace, she successively served as an errand boy at the Concert Office and the Jingren Palace on east road. But he heard that the empress dowager lacked a person to comb her hair, so he deliberately studied the art of combing hair.
Li Lianying has a set of hair care and hair tips, he used pig hair to do experiments, found that adding vinegar in the water, the hair will become soft. Second, he can hold a lot of broken hair together to make the hair look neat. Even the hair loss problem that had always made Cixi lose her temper, Li Lianying also came up with a way to deal with it.
Using the principle of static electricity generated by the horn comb and fur, he hid a piece of leather in the cuff and took the combed hair away to create the illusion that it would not fall out.
As a result, good craftsmanship has become a stepping stone for Li Lianying's success.
But Li Lianying's success, not only that, after Li Lianying became popular, she did not forget her duty and capital, just like a palace maid said in her memoirs: The more the empress dowager appreciates her father-in-law, the more humble her father-in-law is.
Such a low posture is enough to show Li Lianying's intelligence. Especially after Ande Hai was killed, Li Lianying understood the duty of "slave talent".
It was precisely because of her craftsmanship and vision that Li Lianying was called Changhong, and he accompanied Cixi for nearly half a century until the death of Empress Dowager Cixi. The book "Insights on Court Life in the Late Qing Dynasty" records this: "Three meals a day, morning and evening, they both exchange eunuchs or greet each other in person... When she lived in the Xiyuan and Summer Palaces, Empress Dowager Cixi often came to Li Lianying and said, 'Lianying! Let's take a walk! ”
In the 20th year of Guangxu, the 46-year-old Li Lianying was rewarded with wearing a flower on the top of the second pin, which is the most eunuch in the Qing Dynasty.
It is precisely because of this reputation and status that Li Lianying has more wealth than ordinary people. And this green wrench is likely to come from Cixi's reward. There are rumors that this wrench came from Prince Gong, or Li Lianying's request for failure and obtained it after complaining to Cixi, but it is based on Li Lianying's low profile and attitude towards Guangxu. This is not very likely.
After all, Li Lianying has a sentence of "respect in things, leniency in things, if there is a year, do not try to slacken off" evaluation. Moreover, when Guangxu was placed under house arrest by Cixi, Li Lianying also quietly took care of it, and this kind of trial and situation and the practice of leaving a way back for herself made Li Lianying's wind evaluation not bad.
Therefore, how could such a Li Lianying blatantly grab a finger in the hands of Prince Gong?
Say the source of the wrench, and then talk about the mystery of Li Lianying's death. Zheng Shili said that Li Lianying died of illness in the third year of Xuan reunification. Even the excavated epitaph does not say that he was killed.
The reason for this, the most widely spread, is that he died at the hands of Longyu, but this speculation is largely based on Longyu's historically stupid and bad notoriety. The credibility is not high. Because, after Cixi's death, Li Lianying understood that he had no backer and became a thorn in the eyes of many people, so he did three clever things:
Return to Empress Dowager Longyu the Seven Great Boxes of Treasures given to him by Cixi (Showing Sincerity, trying to find a new patron); Keep filial piety for Cixi for 100 days (satisfying the friendship between the master and the servant and gaining a good reputation); Farewell to old age (showing a low profile).
Therefore, although Li Lianying was at the center of the power struggle, she still had the wisdom to protect herself. So, it is likely that the cause of his death was due to an accident. Just as Li Lianying's good friend Jiang Baocang said, in that year, Jiang Baocang's father, Jiang Chaozong, invited Li Lianying to a banquet, and Li Lianying was assassinated during the banquet. After the next person learned the news and came to Houhai, only Li Lianying's head was found. In order to conceal the news, the Li family claimed that Li Lianying fell ill and died.
