In order to lead the academic trend, cultivate research talents, and build a platform for young legal talents to stand out, the "2022 World Artificial Intelligence Conference Rule of Law Youth Forum" with the theme of "Metacosmity: Digital World Applicable to Human Rules" will be held on the afternoon of September 2, 2022 in the Blue Hall of Shanghai World Expo Center.
We solemnly introduce the 13 outstanding young scholars in the field of artificial intelligence rule of law research at home and abroad invited by us to conduct constructive discussions on the concept determination of the meta-universe world, especially the construction of rules, share cutting-edge academic achievements with originality, scholarship and ideology, promote the application of artificial intelligence technology and the development of the rule of law, jointly build the future rule of law, and share intelligent well-being.

He has published more than 60 papers in Chinese and English in well-known journals at home and abroad, such as China Social Science, Chinese Law, Jurist, Oriental Law, Legal and Commercial Studies, Political Science forum, Modern Law, Legal and Social Development, Global Law Review, China Legal Science, Minnesota Law Review, etc. Solomon's Knot: What Law Can Do to Overcome Poverty (Peking University Press, 2014), Cyber Sovereignty (Social Science Literature Press, 2017), Property Stories (China University of Political Science and Law Press, 2018), Big Data Warfare (Peking University Press, 2019) and many other books (translations). At the same time, he is also a columnist of FT Chinese network and financial network, and has published nearly 100 commentary articles.

He published over 60 papers in China Social Sciences, China Legal Science, The Jurist, Oriental Law, Studies in Law and Business and other domestically and internationally renowned journals, and translations and monographs including Solomon's Knot: How Law Can End the Poverty of Nations, On Cyber Sovereignty. He also published nearly 100 articles for FT Chinese and Caijing as a staff writer.
