Bafi is a transliteration of the French Parfait (perfect).

It usually does

~ Fresh Fruit Bafi Recipes ~

Nut cheese sauce ingredients

Soaked raw cashews 500g

(Soak for at least 4 hours)

Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

1 tablespoon of agave honey

Vanilla extract 2 drops

Other ingredients

1 banana, 8 strawberries

Pineapple 40g, blueberries 20g

1 kiwi fruit, 1/4 dragon fruit

~ Method ~

1, put the nut cheese sauce ingredients into a blender and beat into a paste, pour half out; Leave half with red dragon fruit and beat into red cheese sauce for later;

2, all the fruits cut into their favorite shape for later;

3, take a glass, put a layer of white cheese sauce at the bottom, a layer of fruit, another layer of red cheese sauce, another layer of fruit, and then place it in turn.
