An Australian businessman wanted to sell his 21 islands to Chinese buyers

Recently, an Australian businessman announced that he was going to sell 21 coral atolls about 500 nautical miles northeast of Cairns, Australia, to Chinese buyers (the atolls are actually similar to islands, and some of the atolls are large enough to accommodate buildings and small towns, analogous to the Madai).

The islands, made up of 21 coral atolls, are located off the east coast of Australia between Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands and are several of the more than 500 islands in the region. (Figure 2)

These islands are not desert islands, there are some permanent residents settled, there is a turtle breeding base, and even some islands can accommodate a 3,000-meter-long runway! [Thoughts] (Figure 3, the last few lines)

The island's owner, Smith, is a retired entrepreneur who has been in the oil, gas, mining and pharmaceutical businesses for decades.
