In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of the 14th Provincial Party Congress on the action of "strong county" and the spirit of the instructions on urban construction and the development of cultural, tourism and health care industries when Comrade Yin Hong, secretary of the provincial party committee, investigated Kang County, from August 11 to 13, Kang County invited Liu Xiaodu, an internationally renowned architectural designer and director of Shenzhen Pingshan Art Museum, to come to Kang to investigate and guide urban renewal and quality improvement, and the planning and design of Qinglongshan Leisure Tourism Resort. Zhang Shuhuai, secretary of the county party committee, and liu tao and Zhao Wenbiao, county leaders, investigated together.
Liu Xiaodu and his party successively investigated the planning and construction of projects such as Qinglongshan Tourist Resort, Tea Horse Station, North Tea Horse Ancient Road Museum, Urban Renewal and Quality Improvement, and Kindergarten in the County Center in Changba Town and urban area, and went to The Emperor Kindergarten in Douba Town to check and understand the operation and management of the "5.12" post-disaster reconstruction and assistance project.
After the field research, a symposium was held to conduct in-depth exchanges on promoting urban renewal and quality improvement, as well as the planning and construction of Qinglongshan Leisure Tourism Resort. Liu Xiaodu put forward guidance and suggestions on the urban construction and scenic spot development of Kang County, saying that he would further strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Kang County, give full play to professional advantages, dispatch professional teams, rely on local resource endowments, refine and promote planning and design work, guide and improve distinctive, operable and landing design schemes, help Kang County to transform and improve the image of urban quality at a higher level and at a higher level, develop and build Qinglong Mountain Leisure Tourism Resort, and boost the high-quality development of Kang County.
