Since childhood, he has been slaughtered and devoted himself to peace
The starting point of all this must start from a massacre, and the Nanjing Massacre is a pain in the hearts of the Chinese people. According to relevant data, the number of victims of the Nanjing Massacre is at least 300,000. However, this figure is closer to the nature of genocide than the Rwandan genocide in Africa.
Rwanda is also Kagame's homeland, and the massacre took place during a national civil war from April to mid-June 1994. The cause of the incident also begins in the early 1990s.
Having been in Uganda, rather than being forced by life in Rwanda, their refugee organization has grown to a certain size, which the United Nations calls the Rwandan Patriotic Front. But as soon as they gained some strength, a civil war broke out with the Hutu government forces living in Rwanda.
At that time, the overall situation in Africa was not stable, and in this land, since the beginning of the New Navigation Age, it has been involved in the power of many colonial powers, and it is still not peaceful on the map of Africa today.
In 1990, the Hutu were still the government forces in Rwanda, and the Rwandan Patriotic Front, organized by those Tutsi refugees, often clashed with each other due to historical and cultural contradictions.
Although several countries around Rwanda have carried out long-term adjustment and intervention in the two forces, the problem has not been solved and has caused major problems.
In March 1998, the Rwandan Patriotic Front signed a peace agreement in the northern city of Tanzania that planned to end the civil war, but the atmosphere of peace that was coming did not satisfy the Rwandan government.
They even gave birth to extremism, which they thought might be trying to be their own army, so they developed a sense of fear and even gradually became dissatisfied with Rwanda's president, Giownal.

Kagame belongs to the Tutsi, the victim of the genocide. Although his father and mother also engaged in business in the early years, Kagame's family conditions were relatively wealthy after birth.
But because of ethnic tensions, the Kagame family had to move to other areas of security. So Kagame has appreciated the dangers of civil strife since he was a child, and he is very anxious to end the Genocide in Rwanda.
After learning about the country's history and receiving higher education, Kagame joined the Patriotic Front, the party mentioned earlier, which voluntarily signed a peace agreement to end the civil war.
Kagame was born in October 1957 to a wealthy family in Rwanda, but did not expect that two years later his Tutsi regime would be overthrown. Affected by internal conflicts and other problems, his father fled to Uganda with his family. Kagame was also educated in other countries.
Perhaps driven by patriotism, Kagame strives to optimize his skills, which he feels will be able to do more for the country and the people.
Therefore, he is very self-disciplined, and has also received an honorary master's degree in philosophy from the Vellore University of Science and Technology in India, and an honorary doctorate from Christian University during his study in the United States.
However, after studying abroad for many years, he has seen the peace of other countries, but he does not want to stay abroad, but after learning a skill, he returns to his homeland with a passion.
But he had Tutsi blood in his body, and Kagame would be treated unfairly if he rushed back. He did not compromise, and the rational Kagame's decision to join the Rwandan Patriotic Front in Uganda in 1987 also kicked off his political career.
Because he returned to Uganda with patriotic determination, his performance was also very good. He did every job perfectly, and before the age of 30 Kagame was appreciated by Uganda's president, Museveni.
He later became head of the Special Military Tribunal for Northern Uganda, which laid the foundation for him to pursue a career in politics and learn more about the law.

In 1988, Kagame served as uganda's military and security sector leader and led some RPF members in guerrilla warfare.

Everything was answered in 1994, when Kagame's experience in all aspects had finally accumulated enough. He also had the confidence to lead the Patriotic Front in defeating the Hutu forces.

As a result, Kagame's reputation in Rwanda is getting higher and higher. After the Patriotic Front gained popularity, its leader Kagame also became Rwanda's vice president and defense minister.
Don't look at the time Kagame is about to turn 40, but in politics this age is still young. As a result, to become Rwanda's defense minister, Kagame was already enough to gain the trust of the people. He settled down for a few more years, and perhaps there were other higher positions waiting for Kagame.
Sure enough, he became interim president in 2000 after the resignation of the former president of Rwanda, and in 2003 he was successfully elected in the presidential election, and in 2010 his vote was as high as 93.08%, and he was re-elected as president of Rwanda.
Kagame's approval rating rose to 98.79% in 2017, so he was re-elected as Rwanda's president again, and his term was extended to 2024.
