As one of the managers of major maternal and child health projects in the county, I am proficient in various policies and measures to prevent birth defects, and have effectively achieved early screening for maternal AIDS, syphilis and hepatitis B to block mother-to-child transmission. Prenatal screening in the second trimester can effectively reduce the birth of mentally retarded children and reduce the burden on families and society; Newborn disease screening should be screened as much as possible. In order to better serve the masses and make pregnant women better receive services, I check the list regularly every month and follow up by phone at any time.
There was once a pregnant woman with syphilis who successfully gave birth to a baby girl after receiving mother-to-baby interruption. According to the job requirements, newborns should be tested for syphilis antibodies on time to detect the effect of maternal and infant blocking. Due to the family's financial difficulties and heavy ideological baggage, the newborn was not tested on time, and I communicated with him many times and coordinated with many parties, and finally persuaded the mother to take the child to carry out the free test. When I saw the smile on this mother's face, I truly understood the value of the work of maternal and child health doctors and experienced the happiness and joy brought to me by ordinary jobs.
According to the work arrangement, I participate in the physical examination of children entering the kindergarten every year, patiently and meticulously provide good services to each child, and at the same time give children's health evaluation and reasonable health guidance to ensure that every child grows up healthily and vigorously.
"Two cancers" screening is a project to benefit the people, I actively participate in the screening of two cancers, and at the same time do a good job in the guidance of two cancer screening work. According to the division of work tasks, our county completed the screening of two cancers in 2021 on time and beyond the task, of which: breast cancer screening 14732 people, confirmed 6 people; Cervical cancer screened 14733 people, confirmed 1 person. For the positive cases screened out, active referral and follow-up treatment are given in accordance with the regulations, which has won the reputation of the masses.
In 2022, the new crown pneumonia epidemic in our county will have an unshirkable responsibility to fight the epidemic. On March 15, we stayed in the GreenTree Inn isolation point, in order to shorten the time for material supply and deployment, with the help and support of leaders and colleagues, we registered the material needs of each isolation point at any time, confirmed the material model by telephone, coordinated the epidemic prevention materials by multiple parties, and ensured that the protective materials at the isolation points were supplied accurately and in a timely manner. I often sit at the computer all night, hungry for instant noodles, sleepy and lying on the table to rest for a while. Finally, when the pear blossoms were in full bloom and with the joint efforts of the people of the whole county, the fight against the epidemic was victorious and the smile returned to people's faces.
As a maternal and child health doctor, I will devote myself to the cause of maternal and child health care with greater enthusiasm, and serve the majority of women and children with the medical ethics, good medical style and excellent technology I advocate.
