author:Kuiwen posted

The snow-capped mountains of northern Tibet will not forget that there is such a cadre who came from the distant coastal Dalian, but is buried here for a long time.

The rivers of Changtang will not forget that there is such a cadre who assists Tibet, coordinates the design of the first traction pastoral vehicle in the Nagqu pastoral area, and takes the lead in carrying out the county mayor's live broadcast of goods in northern Tibet... Help the herdsmen to solve real difficulties.

This cadre aiding Tibet was named Wang Junqiang.

Go where your country needs it most

Wang Junqiang is the ninth batch of cadres of the central unit to aid Tibet. On May 8, 2022, Wang Junqiang, who was about to end three years of aid to Tibet, suddenly encountered a traffic accident on the way to the countryside to investigate, died in the line of duty, and died in The hot land he loved deeply, and his life was fixed at the age of 48.

In 2019, Wang Junqiang, who was then the general manager of the electronic banking of the Dalian branch of China CITIC Bank, took the initiative to invite Miao to Shenza County, Nagqu City, Tibet, as deputy secretary general of nagqu municipal government and executive deputy county governor of Shenza county.

Knowing that her son was going to help Tibet, the 80-year-old mother told her over and over again: "Go to the place where the motherland needs it most, and do more when you arrive!" ”

Shenza County is located in the western part of nagqu city. The average altitude is above 4700 meters, the average annual temperature is 0.2 degrees Celsius, and the oxygen content is less than half of the plains. "The wind blows stones to run, the oxygen is not enough, and the cotton jacket is worn in all seasons" is the most true portrayal of the work and life of the Cadres and masses of Shenza.

When he first arrived in Shenza County, the huge altitude difference brought strong discomfort to Wang Junqiang's body, often dizzy, nausea, weakness, and diarrhea, but he did not lower his work standards because of the harsh environment. During the daytime, I went to the countryside to investigate, and discussed the problems and solutions with everyone in the evening.

"We advised him to be leisurely, but he said that he had limited working hours in Tibet and that he would have to race against the clock to do more practical things for the herdsmen." Xu Xudian, deputy director of the Development and Reform Commission of Shenza County, recalled.

I was full of thoughts about doing a good job in aiding Tibet

"He was full of thoughts about how to do a good job in aiding Tibet, and he also created a number of firsts in aiding Tibet." Li Zhigang, deputy secretary of the Shenzha County PARTY Committee, said.

Shenza County is a pure pastoral county, mostly alpine pastures. On a trip to the countryside, Wang Junqiang found that the tents where herders lived when grazing were prone to leaks and rain. Therefore, taking the opportunity to return to Dalian for vacation, he specially visited a number of automobile factories, designed and customized a traction herding vehicle that conformed to the herders living in Nagqu City when grazing, and solved 10 herding vehicles for 2 townships, improving the living conditions of herders when grazing.

The reporter saw at the grazing point that the roof of the herding car has a fan and a sun plate, which can generate electricity; Inside the car, there are washstands, beds, cow dung stoves, and can be hung behind tractors during the transition. "The governor of Wang County taught us how to use it by hand, which is not only a herdsman's car, but also the home of our herders, open, warm and safe." On the stove of the dorji family herding car of The villagers of Jiangxiong Village, Xiongmei Town, the steaming butter tea emits a burst of fragrance.

In 2020, in order to promote the special products of Shenza County, Wang Junqiang began to try to live stream with goods. With no relevant experience, he spent 6 days preparing, taught himself all the processes of video editing and live connection, and fought continuously for more than 60 hours without rest during the busiest time.

On the day of the live broadcast, he promoted the special products of Shenza County while inhaling oxygen, which touched many netizens. In less than 2 hours of live broadcasting, the number of online hits exceeded 50,000 people, and online sales reached nearly 3 million yuan.

Wang Junqiang's wife, He Qing, recalled: "Every time he mentioned these Tibet aid projects and results, he was very happy. He said that these projects had not been seen in Shenzha County or even Tibet before, but he was particularly proud to have done them and really helped the local cadres and masses solve the problem. ”

Interpret the thickness of life with true love to Tibet

During a trip to the countryside to investigate, Wang Junqiang's shoulder was accidentally injured, and he could not even hold the chopsticks steadily for a long time. While on leave in 2021, his left arm remained immobile and was diagnosed with a damaged rotator cuff. Originally, it would take three surgeries to fully recover, but after Wang Junqiang completed one operation, he rushed back to Shenza County.

The doctor told him that cold and bumps would aggravate his condition and advised him not to go to the countryside frequently. However, even as aid to Tibet approached the end, Wang Junqiang's pace of running around did not slow down until the last moment of his life, when he was still on his way to the countryside...

In Wang Junqiang's WeChat, he still retains the information discussed with his classmates, he wants to use the scenery map of Shenzha County to make refrigerator stickers, wants to understand cow dung power generation technology, and wants to use the resources to do his best to invest in tibet aid work.

The village of Duoqiong in Talma Township has been short of electricity for a long time, and the solar panels with limited storage capacity are the only reliance on the herders to use electricity. Television does not dare to watch, tea machines do not dare to use, and the lack of electricity plagues the production and life of villagers.

After learning of this news, Wang Junqiang conducted field research many times and contacted a number of Liaoning enterprises through personal relations to raise 4 million yuan to build a wind farm. During the construction of the project, he encountered many difficulties such as site selection and ecological assessment, and some people advised him not to do it, but Wang Junqiang did not give up.

Finally, in September 2021, the extremely high-altitude wind power demonstration project was put into use in Duoqiong Village.

Today, although Wang Junqiang has left, the tibet aid project he left behind still benefits the people of northern Tibet.
