The price of a detached home owned by Song Junji rose by more than 10 billion won.
On August 9, Currency Today reported that the price of Song Joong-ki's detached house in Itamun-dong, Yong Valley, Seoul, had doubled from the purchase price.
Song Joong-ki bought the house for 10 billion won in November 2016. He built a new building with 3 floors in the basement and 2 floors above ground, with an area of about 300 square meters (about 992 square meters).
At present, due to the soaring actual transaction price, Song Zhongqi's house is worth at least 20 billion won. The house is also known as the newlywed home of Song Joong-ki and his ex-wife Song Huiqiao.
However, the house has reportedly been vacant for five years due to the fact that Song Joong Ki and Song Hui Qiao divorced before the house was completed.
Song Joong-ki is one of the richest real estate owners in South Korea's entertainment industry. The value of real estate owned by Song Joong-ki is estimated to be as high as 50 billion won.
He currently resides in South Korea's most expensive residential area, The 9.1 Hannan, which sells for about 9.5 billion won.
