Chen Qili, who was in prison at the time, received an order to "assassinate Jiangnan" and came to the United States to atone for his crimes.

In 1995, with the death of the main figure in the "Jiangnan case", and the time has passed for a full decade, Zhang Anle was released from prison and deported to Taiwan by the United States.
