Rockets head coach Stephen Silas saw jaylen Green's true prowess in the 2022 offseason and thought he was expected to become a superstar like Curry!

Recently, according to Rockets head coach Stephen Silas, who spoke to radio reporter Matt Thomas in an interview with SportsTalk 790, he told reporters that Green has strengthened his strength this summer. Next season will lead the Rockets to a comeback.

Houston Rockets guard Jaylen Green has been known to have developed steadily throughout his 2021-2022 rookie season, eventually ending the season with a historic outburst as part of the NBA All-Star Rookie Team.

Why is Green, just 20 years old, improving so fast? One of the main reasons is that he adapted his body to the harsh environment and lifestyle of NBA professional basketball. Now, after a big win in the draft, the Rockets have a full offseason, and they hope that Jaylen Green's second season will still be able to grow further.

Head coach Silas has high expectations for Green, who has been working on muscle in the gym this offseason and looks much stronger, though he hasn't gained a lot of weight. However, his range became farther and farther away. When he changes direction, it gets faster and very explosive.

Today, Green is one of the most explosive players in the league, and he is still steadily developing, as his body strengthens further. He can jolt a little bit and still finish the offense. Having good physical fitness is an essential condition for confrontation, and it is clear that Green will become better, stronger, and more stable.

With the new season just around the corner, Green will be able to withstand the bumps and bruises that come up with confrontation as he has learned how to deal with all sorts of friction on the pitch this summer.

Silas also pointed out that Green will further develop the jump shot ability, which has also become another area of significant increased strength. Silas had early experience coaching NBA Finals MVP Stephen Curry at the Golden State Warriors, and he hopes to bring that experience to Jaylen Green and make Green grow into a superstar like Curry.

Silas believes the Rockets need more long-range shots. Because Green, although he will make a step-back shot last year, looks a little out of balance because his core strength is weak. All of his back-downs on his shots this year, whether twice or three times, are more compact and stronger. Green's shoulders are stronger, though, allowing for faster, tighter shots in the future.

When Stephen Curry was a rookie, he was not physically strong at all, and Silas helped Curry exercise and train for a long distance of three points. Finally, Curry's long-range shooting skills were developed.

Finally, look forward to Green's hard work to become the next Curry and lead the Rockets to the championship.
