✔️ Ingredients: flower shell (clams), winter melon

✔️ Directions: 1⃣️ Wash the flower nails (add some vinegar and salt to soak the spit sand, really thief clean!) ), add shallots and ginger, cooking wine, cook for about 1 minute, and remove
