On Sunday, August 7, 2022, according to IRNA, various regions of Iran commemorated the Festival of Ashura, which was created by Islamic Shia Muslims to mourn the death of The Prophet Muhammad's grandson, Hussein, in Karbala, Iraq, and many Iranians participated in the commemoration, and the streets of the city can see a long and vast procession to commemorate the event.
According to Iranian diplomatic reports, the Iran-Iran nuclear agreement negotiation delegation in Vienna, Austria, also participated in the memorial ceremony at the local Islamic Center in Vienna.
