Fish begins to rot from the head. The British government wants to pay for the huge amount of gold in Venezuela, and more than 70,000 British people want to pay for energy (Picture 1), is this not retribution?

Two British news bumped together, and the rather ironic picture hit the face of "Gentleman Britain" and "British Gentleman".

The first news was released on August 5, when Venezuela took out a number of recent diplomatic letters from the Queen of the United Kingdom (including inviting officials in the United States), in which the Queen recognized Maduro's status as legitimate president. The news slapped the British government and the British courts in the face, and Britain's ugly face of trying to covet Venezuelan gold was exposed to the fullest.

Venezuela has previously deposited a lot of gold in Britain, worth a total of more than a billion dollars. But after the Guaido riots, britain refused to return the gold to Venezuela on the pretext that maduro's government was not the legitimate government of Venezuela. A court in London, England, even took ownership of the gold in its judgment last month on the grounds that Venezuelan evidence was insufficient (i.e., the Maduro government was not a legitimate government and did not enjoy ownership of the gold).

After the Queen's letter was exposed, everything became very clear. In practice, the British government clearly recognizes the legitimacy of the Maduro government, but when it fights the "gold lawsuit", it tries to ignore this, and this kind of greedy face is really ugly.

The second news was also released on August 5, due to the recent rapid rise in energy prices in the United Kingdom, a debt-keeping organization called "Don't Pay" has sprung up in the United Kingdom, which calls on the British people to refuse to pay together. As long as the network payment is closed, the British companies that sell energy will easily not receive the payment (the speed of payment collection will be greatly reduced), which will bring huge operational pressure.

Just six weeks after the launch of the event, more than 70,000 British "money-bearers" joined in (the Total number of people in the UK is only more than 60 million), and the number of participants in the event is still rising.

Many British parliamentarians have criticized the people who are behind these plans (Figure 3), but what qualifications do they have to criticize others? Isn't the UK now a "upper beam is not right and the lower beam is crooked"? The British government relies on Venezuela's gold? The people below naturally follow suit. This is retribution. This time, it was the British government's "words and deeds" that became the "blessing" of British enterprises.
