South Korea's SBS TV recently reported that after 9 years, South Korea has handed over the status of the world's largest consumer of instant noodles for the first time. According to the 2021 world instant noodle market data released by the World Instant Noodles Association, the country with the highest per capita consumption of instant noodles last year was Vietnam. Last year in Vietnam, 87 packs (barrels) of instant noodles were eaten per capita. South Korea ranked second with 73 packs (barrels) per capita, followed by Nepal with 55 packs (barrels). South Korean netizens have expressed regret for this. In neighboring Japan, a batch of sky-high watermelons has been listed, and these watermelons, which are mainly used for ornamentation, grow in square plastic containers, and each sells for about 10,000 yen (about 491 yuan).
