Every year from June to August, Sri Lanka in South Asia has the season of harvesting durian, mangosteen and rambutan, and enthusiasts can enjoy it. Zen tea loves durian alone. Durian smells strong, as long as there is durian where it is, it cannot be hidden. For durian, the lover likes its fragrance, and the disguster hates its smell. Because of his sexual heat, he is known as the "King of Fruits". To neutralize its heat, it is best to eat it with mangosteen, which has a cooling attribute and is called "after the fruit"! This way it does not catch fire.
The first time I bought durian (Figures 1 to 3), I was lucky, and the two durians were not very large and had a round and full shape. The ripeness of the durian meat after opening is just right, and the sticky is sweet; After putting the durian meat in the refrigerator and eating it, it has a silky texture of ice cream, which is unforgettable! The second purchase is not so lucky (Figure 5). The yellowish one with the taste is not so soft and sticky, compared to water; The blue one should actually be left for a few days before opening. The flesh after opening at that time was hard (Fig. 6) and could not be ingested. I wanted to put it for a few days and then eat it, but it was black and festering.
