Remember that there seemed to be very few mulberry trees, because there were no large areas of mulberry trees in the north, they were all wild and needed to be found everywhere. The mulberry leaves should be fresh, and the leaves of the silkworms every day or two do not like to eat. Sometimes it rains, but you also have to brave the rain to pick mulberry leaves. I remember the first time I didn't know to dry the mulberry leaves and feed the silkworms, and as a result, I died several times the next day, which was really surprising and sad.
I don't know how, about the mulberry tree, I only have the impression of picking mulberry leaves to raise silkworms when I was a child, but I don't have the impression of picking mulberry fruits.
