Mexico-based shipyard Alpha Custom Yachts has unveiled a new 42.60-meter three-deck concept vessel called the Spritz 140. The yacht was designed by Italian designer Giorgio Cassetta and the naval building was designed by Laurent Giles.

The yacht's exterior is constructed of a nearly vertical bow and a large area of glass, giving it a modern feel. Each of the three decks features an outdoor social area with an outdoor dining area and seating area, as well as a beach club with a swimming platform with direct access to the water

Other outdoor facilities include a drink bar, bbq and deck shower to wash away the sea after a day at sea. The bow provides storage space for three jet skis, which can be unfolded with a crane.

Inside, the interior is light and airy due to the huge windows. The on-board spaces decorated by Paola Aboumrad are finished in a modern style, with metal and marble finishes paired with balsa joinery, but owners can choose from a variety of templates for their preferred interior and exterior color schemes.

Six cabins can accommodate up to 12 guests and six cabins can accommodate up to 11 crew members. For formal entertainment, the main salon features a dining table for up to 12 guests and a wine cellar. Other features include a dedicated gym space with private access from the main cabin.

Powered by the MAN V12 1,650 hp engine, the Spritz 140 has a top speed of 16.5 knots and a range of 3,300 nautical miles at 10 knots.

According to the Milan-based shipyard, production of the series has already begun. The Spritz 140 comes on the heels of the release of the 35-meter Spritz 116 model, which joined the lineup earlier this month.
