In the process of the development of the pepper industry, the village through the "leading company + cooperative + base + farmers" organizational mode of operation, by the local government to introduce qualified companies scientific planting management, and after 3 years of results, handed over to the villagers to manage, the management company also specially hired 2 pepper planting professional and technical personnel from the initial selection to the whole process of planting professional guidance, effectively promote agricultural efficiency, farmers increase income.

"This year, it is the third year of planting peppercorns, and it is also the first year of fruit, the peppercorns are hanging on the branches, and the villagers are happy to raise their eyebrows." Yang Tianfang, head of the peppercorn base in Manjie Village, said that the 200-mu peppercorn base in Manjie Village involves 69 villagers, and a total of more than 390,000 yuan of subsidy funds have been issued, and more than 1,000 people have been employed in the base, and about 100,000 yuan of wages have been paid.
