But on Monday, riot companies filed a lawsuit against Mu Hitomi Technology in a california court, accusing Endless Showdown of allegedly plagiarizing League of Legends and League of Legends Mobile Games.
At present, the case is still under trial, but the comparison map of the game content of "Endless Showdown" and "League of Legends Mobile Game" given by Fist Company has been widely circulated on the Internet. These pictures mainly contain the original hero design, skin design, activity icons, poster design and other aspects.

The purpose is to prove that There is plagiarism in Endless Showdown, so that "Endless Showdown" will be banned from distribution in the United States and provide online sales content. It should be mentioned that, almost for the same reason, Fist Company also sued Mu Hitomi Technology in 2017.
At that time, in the lawsuit, the fist company used the picture comparison of the two games to put forward a number of evidence of suspected plagiarism of "Endless Showdown", including characters, icons, texts, monsters, and buildings. However, the lawsuit was subsequently dismissed by the California Central Court on the grounds that "it is not convenient to hear." "Because Fist Company and Mu Hitomi Technology belong to different countries.
Fast forward to 2018, Tencent, the parent company of Fist, filed a lawsuit against Mu Hitomi Technology in China. However, the reason for the lawsuit is not that "Endless Showdown" is suspected of plagiarizing "League of Legends", and the actual subject of the lawsuit is: Xu Zhenhua, a legal person of Mu Hitomi Technology, which violated the non-compete agreement.
Xu Zhenhua left Tencent in May 2014, but as early as January 2014, he had already established Mu Hitomi Technology and developed a number of works similar to Tencent games, including "Endless Showdown". Tencent believes that this game is suspected of plagiarizing "Glory of kings".
In the first-instance judgment, the court ruled that Xu Zhenhua did violate the non-compete agreement and was sentenced to compensate Tencent for more than 3.72 million yuan, but both parties could not accept this result and chose to continue to appeal.
In the second-instance judgment, Tencent once again won the case. The Shanghai First Intermediate People's Court ordered Xu Zhenhua to return all the actual gains he had received based on tencent's stock grant in accordance with the agreement between the two parties, and to pay Tencent 19403333 yuan.
Strictly speaking, the lawsuit launched by the fist company against Mu Hitomi Technology was not resolved four years ago. The comeback of the fist company also added the accusation that "Endless Showdown" is suspected of plagiarizing the "League of Legends Mobile Game". At this stage, the incident is still fermenting, and it is not known whether the local court in California will use the same treatment as it did.
