Fist said in the lawsuit, "After complaining to the Google Store, Mobile Legends: 5V5 MOBA (hereinafter referred to as ML 5V5) has been removed from the shelves for a short time, but then Mu Hitomi Technology has quietly launched another game, "MLBB", and there is only a very small difference between the two." Since then, MLBB has long copied various elements of the League of Legends mobile game and stolen the intellectual property of the fist company."
It is understood that as early as 2018, Fist had sued Mu Hitomi Technology in the Central District District Court of California, saying that the "ML 5V5" it developed directly copied "League of Legends". At first, a federal judge in the United States refused to hear the case, ruling that it should be transferred to China for trial, and then Tencent's intervention helped Fist win the case and received 19.4 million yuan in compensation.
